How was Jörmungandr even born? (Do not read if you haven't finished the game) Posted: 10 Apr 2021 04:46 AM PDT We found out at the end of the game that Atreus is in fact Loki and a giant as Faye (Atreus' mother) was a giantess which makes Jörmungandr (The World Serpent) his son. We also find out that all the giants are dead except Atreus/Loki. In norse mythology, Loki mates with a giantess called Angrboða who gives birth to his three children, Fenrir, Jörmungandr and Hel. So, if all the giants are dead, how will Jörmungandr (or all his kids) ever be born? Are the ones left in hiding? Making the Æsir believe that they're all gone so they can be left alone in peace and strike come Ragnarök, catch the Æsir by surprise? Are Faye's ashes been spread like a waking call for them? Forgive my many questions 😅 [link] [comments]

Interesting easter egg in god of war 4 Posted: 10 Apr 2021 10:23 AM PDT So I docked at a shore and I saw a crab walking forward but not sideways, which is a reference to Kratos' story about a crab. Clever ol' Cory. [link] [comments]
(Spoilers) are there any check points in the last Baldur fight? Posted: 10 Apr 2021 08:12 AM PDT Im at the end of the game. Replaying. And I can't remember if there are any check points in this last Baldur fight? I've gotten him down almost to half health a few times and died. But it restarts the fight completely. Playing on "give me a challenge" [link] [comments]
