    God of War 2018 was released on 20 april. Fimbulwinter was suppose to last for 3 years and than Ragnarok is going to start. Do you think we are getting anything (maybe a teaser) on tuesday ?

    Does anyone want to see an OG Kratos recall in Ragnarok

    One happened in God of war (2018) when he stabbed Mattugr's eyes out. I want to see Kratos die in Ragnarok protecting Atreus, then go back to his mad with rage personality to escape Hel, kill whichever Aesir(Probably Freya and Thor) try to stop him and save Atreus, at which point Atreus must calm him down from his murder rampage. After all, Kratos is basically confirmed to kill Thor, because in God of war(2018) The leviathan axe is imbued with Eitr, the poison that will kill thor come Ragnarok. Theres also the fact that Brok mentions how special the blades of chaos are "take it from the guy that helped forge mjolnir, thems special", which makes sense, as either Hephaestus or Ares themselves built the blades. He can also casually survive Hel, something none of the Aesir can do.

    My headcannon on how Kratos ended up in the realm of the Norse Gods

    Straight up this definitely isn't the case as we're probably going to get an explanation in the next game but this is a fun little headcannon that links up with MK9 so yeah.

    So after the destruction of the world in God of War 3 Kratos dies, however after the credits roll his body has disappeared. This is because he was summoned to fight Shao Kahn in Mortal Kombat 9 and is thus resurrected. After defeating Shao Kahn, Kratos starts disappearing back to the realm of the Greek Gods, back to where he came. However he was approached by Raiden and Fujin who offered him a debt of gratitude, Kratos accepted this as he disappeared. So my headcannon is essentially that Kratos knew the world was fucked after he killed the Greek pantheon and knew the only way to fix the world would be for the Gods to be resurrected, which is something he obviously wouldn't want. So, using his debt he asked Raiden and Fujin to transport him to a realm similar to his own in which he could live out the rest of his days in peace. Like I said this definitely isn't cannon and we probably will get a definitive explanation in one of the upcoming games, but nevertheless it's a fun little way to tie in God of War 3, MK9 and God of War (2018).

    Also like I might be a dumbass who didn't realise that there already WAS an explanation so if that's the case pls let me know :)

    So I know I could probably just read the fandom wiki or whatever, but I was wondering if anyone knows of a YouTube full playthrough of the old God of War games. They look like they haven't aged terribly well so I doubt I'll ever play through them all, but the new one is excellent and I'd like to know the full story.

    Only problem is finding a let's play with a YouTuber who knows how to shut the fuck up. I'm not interested in their dumb jokes talking over the dialogue! Any help appreciated.
