I don't think Hermes should be asking me to help save the gods.

Whilst descending into týr's vault I came across this tapestry. Does anyone know which culture/mythology the one on the bottom right is?

Unpopular Opinion: Kratos Should Not Wield Mjölnir

    Posted: 03 Dec 2020 10:12 AM PST

Kratos wielding the weapon that killed many of his wife's kin would be ludicrous. The axe would avenge the giants better, despite the irony in killing asgardians with the hammer. Destroy it, hide it, or turn it to slag, anything but Kratos or the boi using it.

Does the 2018 God of War become more open as you progress?

    Posted: 03 Dec 2020 10:35 AM PST

Hello! I just got God of War and I love most everything about it. The combat especially. However, the game is feeling very linear at the moment. I'm at the beginning and just upgraded my axe for the first time. Headed towards the mountain through a bunch of ruins.

It feels like Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess right now. Lots of puzzle solving but not a lot of exploring. Does the game eventually become less linear?

    Why is everyone so angry?

    Posted: 03 Dec 2020 08:33 AM PST

I don't get why people are so mad about Kratos' skin being added to fortnite, it will only bring more resonance to the game, maybe people who didn't play it will get to play it, santamonica will earn more money to put into development and Kratos will break into the lives of a lot of new people, I honestly don't understand this wave of hatred/desperation. Let me know what you think.

Since Kratos managed to leave the Greek and join the norse mythology in GOW, can others?

    Posted: 03 Dec 2020 11:57 AM PST

I remember watching a interview with the director of GOW in which he said that kratos has joined the norse mythology simply by moving to another part of the world.

If both norse and Greek gods Co exist within the same world but different sections, would it not be possible to see other obscure Greek gods (ones kratos hasn't killed) return in the sequel?

    Psychology of God of War

    Link to Video

Hey guys, I made a video for my psychology students analyzing some of the major symbols I noticed in God of War. It was supposed to be short and a small project, but I guess this game just inspires you to lose yourself in it. Decided to throw the final product up here in case anyone is interested in yet another analysis, but this time with a psych lens!

Let me know what you think!

    The problem with fortnite crossover

    Posted: 03 Dec 2020 11:43 AM PST

Hear me out. I don't think fortnite is bad, everyone should play what they enjoy.

But the godslayer does NOT fit in cartoonish battle royale. In my opinion a game with such deep and emotional lore cannot mix with a game like fortnite. These 2 games have completely opposite vibes.

Fortnite does NOT have a good opinion in general. I'm afraid that this collab could lower GoW's and Kratos' reputation.

Thinking about Kratos - the one who killed all of greek gods and made olympus fall, dancing take the L or any of fortnite dances makes my heart crack.
