    Listen, boy!

Do we have any evidence that a new God of War is in development? Or are we just assuming cause the last one did so well?

I'm genuinely curious cause it would be nice to have something concrete to go off of so I can get properly excited. Any links would be appreciated!

These background NPCs started glitching when I was playing, has this happened to anyone else? (God of War 1)

    GOW Theory

The wall at the end of the game shows Kratos being cradled by atreaus and the word betrayal beside them so what if atreaus fought kratos with kratos not trying and dying and since he died in battle and since he freed the valkaries they bring to Valhalla where he escapes and goes to Odin and fights him

I wish every game handled loading like the new God of War

    Posted: 01 May 2020 09:21 AM PDT

Just finished off my NG+ playthrough after finally beating Sigrun. After not playing any God of War games before I was absolutely blown away. One of the most impressive things in this game was how it cleverly avoided loading screens. I love the animation when switching realms in the temple and how there was still dialogue in between. Same thing goes with fast travel in the Realm between Realms. Even when moving to new areas I am assuming it loaded in the background while climbing through the tunnels it up the cliffs. It was so engaging and it really made me wonder why more games can't do something similar.

So I finished all the god of war games after playing God of War (2018.) I'm kinda confused...

    Posted: 01 May 2020 06:14 AM PDT

So after playing the 2018 game over a year ago, I was curious, I had playstation now so why not play all of the god of wars and their prequels to really know our main character, Kratos. It's pretty Game of throney in this bitch, as its filled with betrayal after betrayal. This man has killed pretty much everyone he ever was even friends with, his entire storyline makes me want to punch the boi even harder when he gets a big head in the middle of the game.

Killing Zeus, and finally after multiple attempts, killing yourself should've resulted in the series finale, except it didn't. You end up with a ten year old child, and yet again another dead wife. Though this time not murdered, but still. Kratos over the years, over the losses isn't the type to find love again, nor bear another child. Losing his daughter, and Pandora which he had a fatherly protection over.

So he somehow survives a massive wound, gets swallowed by the ocean, and lands 2,600+ miles north of Greece, with his wound healed? Where is the ten year gap? Does that gap call for a prequel to the 2018 game? There's at least an eight-ten year gap there given Atreus's age.

Although God of War 2018 was my personal favorite for many reasons, I feel this series should've been finished after the death of Kratos.

Also fuck you to Cronos. "OnLy A cOwArD lIkE yOu WoUlD kIlL hIs OwN kIN." Really bitch? Coming from the dick who ate his kids because an oracle told you they would turn on you. They turned on your Thanos looking ass because you were eating their siblings. Also you legit swallowed me, your grandson, you legit five minutes ago tried killing your kin. Bitch what

Would kratos look better with blue eyes or yellow eyes?

Assuming his current eye color is yellow not brown

Finally defeated Valkyrie Eir! 3 down, 6 to go

    Posted: 01 May 2020 11:26 AM PDT

After 1.5hrs of trying, I finally defeated Eir. She is the most difficult Valkyrie I've fought so far (the other two are Kara and Geirdriful) because it is hard to move around the small arena.

It was a satisfying fight, being at level 5. After defeating her, i tried to read about her and I didnt know that double tap L1 can remove her cocoon! If i knew about it earlier maybe I couldve defeated her much faster! But oh well.

To anyone who hasnt encountered her yet, please remember the double tap L1 tip!

[SPOILER ALERT] -- Kratos vs Baldur...

    Posted: 01 May 2020 07:22 AM PDT

My question was supposed to be "Could Kratos have killed Baldur even if he had the "no-feeling" power? If yes, how?", but I didn't want to put a spoiler in the title.

Kratos kills Baldur twice in the entire game. Once in the beginning when we're fighting him as "stranger" and again once after the final boss. In the first fight, Baldur has the "no feeling" power, so he doesn't really die and he comes back. But in the end, he dies immediately and he doesn't come back (we know that much) so I think that Baldur couldn't be killed as long as he had that power, so what if Baldur still had that power? Could Kratos still have killed him? If yes, how would he have killed him? I read a few comments that said "Kratos would rip him apart", which I think is a good move, but what do you think?

    Valkyries - Merchandise

    Posted: 01 May 2020 10:41 AM PDT

Looking through the GOW merchandise options and there is a lot of great stuff for Kratos, Atreus, the Leviathan Axe, etc. Has anyone found any good items for the valkyries? Their character designs are just immeasurably cool and would love to see if there's something out there. While I would kill for a Sigrun statue, doubt anything like that is in the cards, but wanted to see if I missed anything since I'm coming up blank.

I was listening to this and thought “Damn, this would be Kratos’ theme song.”
