| Why was Kratos surprised in Helheim when he saw that Freya was Baldur’s mother? Posted: 02 Feb 2021 11:58 AM PST Early in the game he asks Atreus on the boat something like "do you know about one who cannot feel pain?" Atreus says "that's Baldur, son of Odin and Freya". When she brings Mimir's head back to life they discover she is Freya. You'd think right then Kratos would have realized that's the mother of the guy he fought and the mother of the one chasing them. It just seemed odd when they find out in Helheim, Atreus and Kratos are surprised and mad at Mimir for not telling them. I mean I guess Kratos forgot? [link] [comments] | ||

| Difficulty / NG+ question, GoW 2018 Posted: 02 Feb 2021 08:52 AM PST Can I change the difficulty from "Give me a balanced experience" to "Give me god of war" on a NG+ playthrough? I'm aware once you're in GMGOW you can't change back. I feel like GMGOW is unbalanced for early game since every fight is essentially one mistake and then you have to chuck your axe forever, another and you're dead. I want the loot exclusive to GMGOW but I don't wanna start with no upgrades. [link] [comments] | ||
