George Mawle, Gameplay engineer behind the axe throw/ recall mechanic in GOW passed away recently. I spent a lot of time in game just throwing and recalling the axe cause it was so good! Thank you George! Rest in peace.
I got my GoW steelbook signed by Sara Cravens, the voice of Hildr (Niflheim Valkyrie), yesterday at Garden State Comic Fest

So a friend and I had dinner last night, Played some The last of us 2 and God of war and in the middle of that gameplay we had a discussion about how far God of war actually can take it if they want to after the next (ragnarök) game. We based this mostly on the wall painting in the end of GOD OF WAR where you can see (maybe?) Kratos in the arms of Atreus.

Lets say KRATOS die in the end of the next God of War. What if, To ressurect him, Atreus need to actually travel to Egypt (old concept art shown in the behind the scenes doc of God of war) and meet Osiris to get a light from him because Kratos is lost in a Snowstorm in hellheim and you need its light to see through it. But first he need to get past the gatekeeper Anubis ((would love to see him in a game made my santa monica)) that decide if Atreus can go through. Maybe we have to hunt down Horos to get its wings to reach the sun god Ra to get something from him to use against Anubis or even Osiris him self and maybe in the end to even resurrect Kratos we need to find the scrolls of Thoth before we travel back to maybe even Greace again asking for help from those gods or maybe somewhere totally else.

I would love to see as an EPIC finalle of the franchise if that day ever come where the gods from different realms actually fight each other. I dont see how this franchise CANT go that way with how muchrealm bending stuff that we have experienced in this God of War.

Lastly: Cant wait for the next God of War Ragnarök - gonna be mind blowing.

As everyone may know, God of war 2022 is probably going to be announced and I was wondering if you guys think it'll be open world and what are your opinions on that? people say its going to be 40 hours long as well which points in that direction if they actually mean itll take average player that long. God of war 2018 was semi- open world and Cory Barlog says that he was somewhat disappointed that he couldn't make it open world so could that have been achieved in the new game?
