    after Kratos ends up slaughtering all the Norse gods whats next for him? God himself? actual question

    because i know he most likely wont die because of the curse he has on him where he cant kill himself and he is the god of fucking war so war is kinda his thing so like will he just end up resting in midguard for the rest of time or will he go back to ending worlds

    Thoughts after finishing Ascension

    So I've decided to finally bite the bullet and play all the God of War Games in chronological order, starting with Ascension and will be trying to Platinum all of them. Ive heard from many people that it is a difficult game series, and while I consider myself to be a pretty competent gamer, parts of this game have got me to abandon playing alltogether. I like to play on the difficulty above normal for a fair challenge, so I went with hard.

    While there were some pretty enjoyable puzzles, and some fair and challenging fights, some areas clearly havent had the same thought put into them. The first major boss fight with Aegeon was the first one that nearly made me give up, and it was a warning for some of the other bossfights, as the constant spam of enemies makes it needlessly annoying. After about 30-40 odd tries I finally got through, and had an great time throughout the rest of the game, except for the first 2 elemental chaos blade upgrades, untill I figured out that the way to beat the constant enemy spam is to just mash R1-Triangle to throw everybody around. But the thing that made me angry on multiple occasions is the constant fight against the game engine and camera, as when youre fighting 2 or more enemies, there is a tendency for the enemies to stunlock you, unable to react,block, roll away etc. Obviously youre not able to replicate this against the enemies, so youre already starting on the back foot, which is made worse by the fact that rolling away you often find rolling into enemy hitboxes, which leads to getting stunlocked, and losing a massive portion of your health (for example screw of archimedes). These few hickups have ruined some sections of the game completely, which with a little more polish couldve been eliminated, as the rest of the game is quite enjoyable from a gameplay perspective.

    Excited to head onto GOW 1 to see how the first entry plays.

    Hello all!

    I'm on ps5 and would like to play through the god of war games after absolutely LOVING the 2018 game. But i'm a bit confused to the games that exist on the ps store.

    Are the god of war games such as: Chains of olympus, ascension and ghost of sparta all Different versions of the 1st one, or should i play the God of War® HD version first then all the other ones? If so, what order should i play them in?

    Last question, is there a better version, god of war 3 or the remastered version?

    Thanks! And also sorry in advance if this is newbie questions, just wanna find out the best way to enjoy the franchise.

    Really starting to think i make the wrong call here lol. I played and beat every GOW even the psp ones on the hardest difficulty. Beat DMC5 and KH3 all on it's hardest modes as well. So naturally i started this game on the hardest mode.

    Not sure how much of the game is left but i'm currently at "Inside the mountain" and it takes me nearly 30-40 mins just to get pass each mob.

    I literally die in 2 hits no matter the enemy. Am i just underleveled?? (My axe is currently level 3 and i have level 3 armor. I never seem to have the items i need to upgrade the weapons. (Granted i admit i'm not going out my way either to open chests and stuff like that)

    Is it worth it to continue to grind it out? Will it get easier?? Lmao. According to my friends the hard parts didn't even start yet and that's scary to think about lmao.

    Hi everyone,never played GoW before although i always had the urge to play it. I never owned a PS but have a PC, is there a way to play GoW(the first ones and the new ones) on PC and could someone elaborate on the way to do it, i understood i can do it with PSnow or something

    Best axe pommel to use with zeus armor build

    Im currently using a build with zeus armor thay has over 300 both strength and runic, with slow down time talisman and stuff like the kvasir enchantment to slow down time, but idk which axe pommel to use, im currently using the one that gives plus 22 to all stats, was wondering if there was a better one for my current build...
