I just realized why Kratos talks more formally compared to everybody else Posted: 29 Oct 2020 04:23 AM PDT Kratos, being a foreigner who settled in not too long ago, has less grasp of the Norse language and talks with a very formal tone, while everybody else like Atreus, the dwarves, Mimir, and the gods talk much more naturally and casually and their words resembles modern day speech because they're fluent with it. God of war ragnorok prediction Posted: 29 Oct 2020 09:02 AM PDT I have a prediction for the story and I want to know what everyone thinks. I believe that the game will start off where the last one ended. With Thor outside the house. Kratos will battle Thor but ultimately be defeated. Thor, disgusted will kill kratos in front of Atreus and leave him alive. Kratos will find himself either in Valhalla because he helped Valkyries or he will be on the bridge of the damned under the giant bird. He will see visions of Faye and Atreus that allow him to wake up and return to the mortal world. He will have to kill the eagle. When he returns a couple years will have passed and Atreus will be like Kratos in the first games, on a path of destruction to kill Odin and Thor to avenge the death of his father. Kratos will find him and try to console Atreus but Atreus will think it is a trick created by Odin. You will have to fight him but once you win he will realize and come back to your side. A couple little things that I think will also happen. Atreus will have a pet wolf who is actually fenrir, Atreus will now have the axe and the dwarves will be dead. Does anyone think I am right? “never go there, understand?” where does mimir mean? Posted: 29 Oct 2020 12:26 PM PDT im probably hundred percent stupid, but did he mean for kratos not to go further into hel? or is it a different realm? [link] [comments] | ||

So this is what happen with a Valkyrie Posted: 29 Oct 2020 01:01 PM PDT I am playing God of War at GMGOW difficulty: the combat system is so fun and rewarding that even though sometimes I have to replay the same encounter dozens, it is always worth it. Anyways, when I got to my second Valkyrie encounter, that is the one you reach from the Witch Cave, sometimes quite weird and funny happened. The Valkyrie in question is the orange one that throws stuff at you and summons a lot of normal enemies all around her. I was having a hard time figuring out the patterns and was basically sure i was about to die. I was attacking a normal enemy while the Valkyrie was flying around, and hit the Draugr hard, which sent it flying far from him. The Draugr started flashing red so I pressed R3 to do the kill. Kratos lounged forward to proceed with the move, but in that very moment, the Valkyrie jumped in between Kratos and the stunned Draugr, and she became the object of Kratos's finishing move. I was stunned: the Valkyrie had basically full life, the encounter lasted 30 secs and she was dead. Did it ever happen to you? [link] [comments] |
