Do you think Kratos will tell the boi about his first wife and daughter as well the ashes on his skin and the ghost of Sparta nickname?     The depth of Kratos' character as we see his shame and regret from his past life, the beautifully developed relationship with Atreus, the mystery of Faye, Jotunheim, Ragnarok and what's yet to come...There's nothing that compares to it in any of the other games from a writing standpoint. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the other games a lot, and they have some incredible moments in them (Kratos leaving Calliope forever, sacrificing Pandora, the battle with Zeus), but as a whole, God of War 4 managed to completely reimagine the series and take it into a new direction that we never thought possible before. Cory Barlog and the team really did this franchise incredible justice and goddamnit why don't we have God of War 5 already?!
